Both are fine. We handle individual trips on demand, and we also take scheduled trips when you have a standing pattern of appointments, errands, or commutes. Either way, every trip is confirmed separately — there is no long-term contract.
Can the driver use my car, or do you provide one?
Either. We drive your car (you sit in the passenger seat and we handle the road) or we bring one of our own — whichever fits the trip. Multi-purpose child car seats are available on request with either option.
What's the minimum booking?
Single trips, scheduled pickups, and multi-stop days are all within scope. For 'our driver, your car' (your vehicle), hourly pricing applies — see the pricing line on this page. For 'our driver, our car', we quote per trip.
How far in advance should I book?
Same-day requests are welcome when we have availability, but the more lead time you can give, the better the choice of vehicle and driver. School runs and medical appointments benefit from a regular schedule — we'll build it with you.
